Mesquite Aged
This Prickly Pear wine is light, crisp, and best served chilled as a midday or summer wine. Although is it fermented dry, it produces a subtle sweetness without becoming overpowering.
The fruit that produced these bottles were each picked individually and from wild Prickly Pear cactus from the same land our winery is built on.

This take on our original dry Prickly Pear Wine was sweetened with Organic Blue Agave nectar, highlighting its fruity characteristics while also smoothing out its finish. Wildflower Honey
This light-bodied mead is made from the fermentation of mesquite bean pods picked from native Texas mesquite trees, organic Madagascar vanilla beans, and local Sutton County wildflower honey. These bean pods give off unique aromas of caramel and molasses, imparting a similar flavor profile to this mead.Juniper Berry
Native Cherry Aged
This wine is light-bodied with powerful notes of cedar and pine. Typically associated with the making of gin, Juniper berries give off distinct aromas of alpine forests and grow prolifically across central Texas.
Best served chilled in the summer or as the base in any warm holiday mulled wine recipe. Aged over wood from a Native Cherry tree that is only found in central Texas.Texas Persimmon
Native Pecan Aged
This wine was aged over a medium-charred Texas Pecan wood after a 10-day primary fermentation that included the whole fruits & skins. You will find strong earthy notes with hints of figĀ and molasses in this very unique, midnight-black colored wine. Best served at room temperature with a decanter.bottom of page
